Baphomet, RSX-0806 and Orc Lord have a 2 second cast time on EQ. Since none of those MVPs have normal skills that take longer than one second, a keen eye will let you know when EQ is coming.

1º) What weapons do you use with your LK?
2º) Does Ghostring card works in PvM? I thought it only worked in woe and PvP.

I don't know if it was intentional, but during your fight with Stormy Knight, tanking the Crusier was genius, especially since you were frozen when you received MVP.
To Hauru, Ghostring works only for monster skills such as Earthquake. Monster's normal attacks are not affected by Ghost-type armor - similar to Homonculi.
