It's not really a bug, the Dame simply has a greater melee range than snatch will allow use of. If you've played a rogue, then youll know you have to be next to the target you intend to snatch, monsters are also bound to this rule,

I like the comp tho, it makes us have to figure things out faster, and at least you guys don't try to tele Valk the second we show up like Insu usually does.

Making it sound like you and insur win by being the better players is incredibly ignorant. Insur will spend several hours straight just winging the Valkyrie to avoid anyone else to get to it. If the GMs weren't so biased they'd all be banned a long time ago. Eventually people give up / dont have time to stay longer, and the cheaters gets it all to themselves.
I'm curious as to how long this bug abbuse will be allowed as it is about as much an exploit as bugging an MVP with homonculus. Then again since trapping and arrow showering isnt illegal on their own, it might stay in there for quite some time.
And for those who wants to join in on the valk fun, just bring a hunter with ancle snare and arrow shower traps at valk continously using holy arrows. The sit back and hit the MVP from distance; it wont do any agressive skill, and your only challenge except for insur fags is outdamaging the the mini-valks healing.

If you wanted to know, Zue Zue and serveral insur members actually got 5 day bans for teleing Randgris from you. Atleast with Alpha we don't usually try to teleport it, we've just been lucky so far and have not gone against a team that has a stronger killer yet. The MVP can't really teleport anyways if you're doing it right though, and even if they feel the need to throw people at the boss, you can protect the trapper with the use of pneuma.
It is true that it is using a game bug in order to kill randgris; but I think we're all in the same boat here, as I don't think you guys could do it without the bug either. We were the first team on iRO to use the tactic to kill the mvp, but obviously it couldn't stay a secret forever. Its already widely known on other RO's such as jRO and kRO. The GM team is also aware of it, but like the tactic that proceeded it (icewall/ME), there is little they can do until kRO finds some way to fix it. At very least, its an active method of disabling the mvp (as opposed to the little effort needed for IW/ME), and you can't deny that one does need some degree of skill to keep an MVP trapped for any lengthy period of time.

I'll give you that, Alpha does play it pretty fair. As long as there is competition there's always going to a bit of a fight to get the MVP, and Alpha is well within what could be called a fair fight. I don't really consider winging an MVP cheating in itself, but continously winging it to an extent where its down one side simply having way more spare time the the other has cheating written all over it.
As for killing valk without snares, well we did it a few times with tanking it straight up and just have kaizel on everybody. This means you have 25 sec to either kill it or re-kaizel from the first wave of EQ till the next one hits. This obviously takes a bigger both team and effort, and that's maybe why it didnt get repeated much.
And for the record, I absolutely love your site. Special mentions goes to RO Future Wiki and keeping the up the work from amesani, but your journal also makes for a very good read. Keep up the good work:)

Of course Alpha doesn't make Randgris tele, they're too busy trying to tele Kiel from competition.
Then they like to spend the next half hour calling their competition ebayers and noobs. Frankly, I thought better of Silly Bear, Frances and Momaro. Apparently I thought wrong.
