My understanding was that most people in korea go to internet cafes to play games instead of playing at home. IF thats the case then whats the point of the free server?

I know you have to pay to use the internet cafe. My point is if people don't like playing at home (which is the only reason I can think of to go to an internet cafe) then I don't see the point of the free server

hm? Perhaps they are perfectly okay with paying for the internet in the cafe but somehow not with the money *in addition* to play?

I think some people just want to be with other people when playing. Well its somewhat boring to be at home alone. Seems like no interaction with other people. Just my opinion.
