For all korean games, you need to use your passport number to make an account. The only alternative way to make an account is to register by using a foreign passport number but I think you have to send identification and some other stuff (can't remember)

First u need the KSSN-thingy (doh >.>) and than, u need to send some digital personal certificat.. (If I remember right it were some files like *.p12 and another fileextension I forgot... And I dun have one for that.. So mean.. >.< I want to play there.. It's just so great, to have like 6k players with u.. I remember EuRo-times when Payoncave was so overcrowded like on Bapho.. The method of running a monster around while you or someone else kill it is generally called 'kiting' in Western MMORPGs. It is a bit different on RO--especially with the basically complete lack of an aggro system--but effective none the less.

I think that even by making it f2p eventually they will earn even more cash than kro with it's monty fee, it's a really smart marketing move, like: so we got thousands of ppl that wanna play our server for free, ok let's make it free but also a hell for anybody that does't use kafra shop a lot. anyways it should be a nice experience for anyone that wishes to play official ro but can't afford to.
