THAT WAS A great/awsome vid of beelzebub...... i think hte only bad part was...wasteing so much ygg berries/green ales just for a chonchon doll....but just the fun of hte MVP was great

Ren: We did consider using corners, but Vampire's Gift goes through walls, as does all his status attacks, and evil land. Really the only thing you have to gain from using a corner is immunity from hells judgement, and I don't really think hell's judgement killed anyone. Our plan was to expose as few people to his attacks as possible, and to that extent I think we did ok, though not great.

I have an idea or your next beelzebub/other MVP runs
first get a scholar to fiber lock the MVP ...get a couple wizards to trap the MVP and its mob in a bunch of icewalls then keep the icewalls on while other peoplez deal damage ^^

If we wanted to bug the MVP with icewall or traps we would have done just that... I wanted to take the MVP on directly without using such a thing, which is why I organized the event. Its a small glimpse at how RO would be if they removed the game exploits...

I really think his drop rates need to be improved.. or make it drop an item 100% but at random and once each tine it's killed. It's just too tough to do for no gain imo

Anyways, How Often does Beelze recalls the mobs? 15 secs?, you did kill 7 out of 13 minnions... will like to try with a crit/lock XSin with the paper card set (311 flee) and a evil d/shadow armor, cant tell if vampires gift works the same has Dracula´s energy drain, but i have noticed that when you have a evil druid/undead body status, energy drain skill misses and you will not get hit while grimtooth spaming, need confirmation on that...

I have one question though, does Ghostring armor really work against his Spiral Pierce (75% reduction)? I watched the video and saw that you didn't take much damage from the Spiral...

yes, it does.
doddler, a question for you: why not give the GR and alice to a monk/champ and have them tank? With physical immune, the sader won't take much damage

@dave cause the monk would not be capable of lureing the mob+belzebub to the party like the lk with endure did, also the lower hp would mean death if sac + pi went off at the same time.

@edo if it was a champ rather than a monk, he could snap back to the party. yes lower hp would mean death, but thats why crusader should resac before sac runs out.

Well, I mean, with a champion...if he gets Exiled while in Mental Strength, he's going to take quite a while to get back. (75% move speed, no skills, all that fun stuff.)
Of course, I believe that most champs have level 3, meaning it lasts for only 90 seconds (if I recall). Even still, if that goes at the beginning, good luck to Mr. Champ.
