@Tommy : they didnt ME so they can use blinding mist/pneuma/sanctuary to protect themselves against pulse strike/earthquake
@Video : nicely done, but technically this wasnt a 12 man party since you used mercenaries to give EQ more targets to reduce its damage.
And while this proofs that a full party is capable of killing randgris i still think it was stupid to give orclord, rsx and bapho earthquake since these mvps are not worth the persons needed to survive them without GR/GTB.

@Atum: Orc Lord, RSX and Baphomet can still quite easily be killed by just jumping through portals everytime they cast Earthquake. I agree that Earthquake is far too powerful to be used by MVPs such as those, but it's still not very hard to avoid its damage.

Atum: You got to remember that Orc Lord drops Sloted doom slayer, Baphomet drops sloted magestic and sloted Scythe, RSX drops sloted ice pick, ifrit and ragdris drops are powerfull too, so thats why they have EQ.
Whe manage to kill RAG MVP with a 6 members party, but whe use 2 ghostrings card..... no shield reflect bullshit, but yes to a high coordination on ice walls and very nice tank/support players... i know the point doddler was trying to prove, and has he already told us, EQ it is not SO unbalanced skill, has it rewards plenty with drops of monster that use it...

Baphomet good drops have very low chance: 0,5% to schyte[1] and 0,1% to mg[1].
And ice pick from RSX: ice pick 0,06% and ice pick[1] 0,02% (the same chance of a very expensive mvp card)
So, in the pratice RSX and Baphomet don't have something especial to give.
Orc Lord have a very nice droping, but nothing compared to a Valkiria. And in Bro server Doom Slayer[1]in bro server: less than 15m zennys.
Baphomet, RSX and Orc Lord was some of the most powerfull mvps of the past. Give the Earth Quacke was the way that Gravity think to let this great monsters be too powerfull than another simple news mvps. (my theory)

Main problem in your team are:
1. Lack of offense
2. When the "Tank" which is the paladin dies, it will direct it's attack to the team, as oppose to having a LK as the main tank, when Randgris dishes out damage enough to kill you, it will kill the Devotion Paladin instead, LK remains alive, because of Safety Wall and Heal thrown at him, easy enough, Randgris will not "YET" direct it's attack to the team because the TANK is still alive, it's fairly easy enough to resurrect the Devo Paladin fast enough, then devotion the LK again.
3. Tanks should wear Goibne's Set (if you allow that). Anyway, you did not use the battle chant. for 1 minute, it has a chance to double the Devo Paladin's HP, think of the possibilities. X2 Attack on the Soul Destroyers. +20 Stats to High Priest's.

I am aware of the problem with the lack of offense in this party... its the main complaint we got about the video. Unfortunately paladin was the only character we could use as a tank. We don't have angeling armor, and holy armor is pretty well required to tank randgris, so we make use of the Archdam-crusader armor set to receive holy armor. If he had angeling, we would have made use of an LK tank.
Goibne's Set sounds like a good idea but I don't like the idea of taking 20% more damage from earthquake and randgris's physical attacks (due to loss of raydric card). It is however, really nice on a devotion/sacrifice paladin.

The purpose of the linker was for Kaizel (Auto-Res) and Kaupe(Absorbs one hit of EQ). The needs to be two linkers so each can be soul linked so they can use Ka- skills on all players.

I don't understand why Angeling Armor is required for tanking Randgris. Doesn't the Holy Attack get blocked by Safety Wall anyway? And I'd still like to know what no one dispelled Randgris' Assumptio. xD

From what I know, you cannot dispell Assumptio from monsters (tried it before in BioLabs 3) and the holy element armor is for blocking the very powerful Holy attack in case it hits between safety walls, I supose...

The holy element attacks from the slaves do about 5k, and from Randgris (in power up) does about 15k to the paladin. They also use it quite frequently, every couple of seconds. Blocking those hits completely with holy armor is considerably better than the alternative. Safety wall can't be relied on for perfect resistance of damage... I'm sure you noticed I got hit on numerous occasions by sonic blow from the minis.
And no, you can't dispel Assumptio or Power Up from monsters.

Assumptio
Assumptio functions the same as the player skill, and will reduce the damage dealt to the monster by 50%. Because monsters are not affected by Kyrie Elison, you cannot use that skill to cancel Assumptio. It is possible to use Dispell to remove the skill effect.

Duration, cast time, cast delay and sp-costs are based on the level. The effect isn't. The 1/3 reduction you're talking about is the WoE reduction.

Keep in mind that the RO Future Wiki concerns itself with future game updates... generally speaking I don't go back and make corrections to old data, especially things like assumptio have been in the game for some time. iROWiki has a pretty big monopoly on existing RO details. :)

I think he means that on private server, preferred method of mvping is having champ or LK drag mvp to portal, spawn strings, gospel, the sp song outside, have an hp go in to smack down safetywalls right in front of portal and lex the mvp, champ goes in to efist. Should do anywhere between 300K to 999K depending what effects gospel bestowed.
